What is your favorite cuisine?

What I'm in the mood for changes day to day. There isn't anything I won't try.

I can handle spice and I also have a sweet tooth.

I enjoy both fine dining and low key family run restaurants.

I think the Big Mama restaurants have great service, Balthzar has great food, and great entertainment. And I love The Ritz.

I love to cook and enjoy hosting friends for dinner parties where I have cooked lobster linguine with homemade fresh pasta, birria pork tacos with homemade hot sauce, jerk chicken with rice and peas, pork laab with crunch rice, crispy shrimp ukoy with sweet chilli, spiced and minted sliced lamb gyros with homemade yoghurt flatbread - and my ultimate summer favorite a homemade Caesar salad with homemade punchy dressing paired with chicken and bacon, romaine lettuce and homemade croutons. There is so much more I would like to try.

Describe your style?

Feminine, classic and sophisticated/laid back smart, rarely casual but when I am I dress a little more alternative/indie. And I have a rather large luxury designer lingerie collection. I tend to feel most comfortable in dresses with heels, or a cute outfit such as a jumper, mini skirt, tights and boots with a cute bag.

What music do you like?

I mainly listen to electronic music like house, techno, drum and bass, or other fast paced genres like metal, and some pop music just because I try to avoid caffeine so I use music to keep myself motivated when I am busy day to day.

I also enjoy indie music, jazz, and a few niche sub genres like psychedelic rock, speed garage, vapourware, nu-metal and emo.

When chilling out or when I'm cooking I like to listen to RNB, rap, grime, afrobeats, and reggae.

I also enjoy soul, blues and rock when its live - as well I love to listen to classical music live at opera houses.

My favorite musicians are Kali Uchis, Kaytranada, Sub Focus, Swedish House Mafia, Billie Holiday, RAYE and Deftones.

Do you like to travel?

Yes I do, and I am available for FMTY.

I have traveled to a few places in Europe, Asia, Scandinavia and USA.

I'd love to visit the Madrid EDITION hotel, visit The Maldives with steps into the sea from accommodation and Kyoto in Japan during cherry blossom season.
